文章指出了当今社会上对素质教育的两种有代表性的片面认识,认为二者都只着眼于素质教育的外延,而未触及其内涵。接着论述了考试与素质教育、现念与素质教育、思雄与素质教育的重要关系。认为只有在教育的指导思想上、教材建设上、教学手段上都能真正以培养学生良好的文化素质、心理素质、道德素质为预期目标,努力激活多向思维,开发创造潜能,这才是素质教育应努力的方向。
The article points out two typical one-sided understandings of quality education in today's society. Both of them point out that they should only focus on the extension of quality education without touching on their connotation. Then it discusses the important relationship between examination and quality education, present and quality education, thinking and quality education. Only when it comes to the guiding ideology of education, the construction of teaching materials and the means of teaching can really aim at cultivating students' good cultural, psychological and moral qualities, and strive to activate multi-directional thinking and exploit their potentialities, this is the quality Education should work hard.
