种植休植入颌骨后,它与骨组织的结合形式,主要决定于材料的性质。换言之,是该材料与组织间的细胞学、化学、生理学和机械力学反应的最直接的结果。其次是受植入手术的影响,以及种植体的组织反应。目前一些学者认为:种植体和骨界面的结合形式以骨性接合最好,即活体组织和种植体表面是直接的化学结合或物理结合。锆羟基磷灰石陶瓷的化学成份与骨组织的无机成份类似,是目前最有潜力的种植材料之一。本文应用本研究组研制的羟基磷灰石陶瓷植入狗的颌骨后,分期取样,用扫描电镜观察了种植体骨界面的形态变化,并对有关问题作了讨论。
Implantation implants into the jaw bone, its combination with bone tissue, mainly depends on the nature of the material. In other words, it is the most direct result of the cytological, chemical, physiological and mechanistic responses between the material and the tissue. Second is the effect of implant surgery, as well as the tissue response of the implant. At present, some scholars think that the combination of implant and bone interface is the best for the osseointegration, that is, the direct chemical combination or physical combination between the living tissue and the implant surface. Zirconium hydroxyapatite ceramic chemical composition and bone tissue similar to inorganic components, is currently one of the most promising planting materials. In this paper, the hydroxyapatite ceramic developed by this research group was implanted into the jaw of dog and staged sampling. The morphological changes of implant bone interface were observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the related problems were discussed.
