TOR橡胶沥青是一种新型改性沥青,对采用SMA13级配的TOR橡胶沥青混合料进行了配合比设计和路用性能研究。采用马歇尔设计法进行目标配合比设计,得出合适的级配范围和最佳油石比;并将其与采用SMA13级配的SBS改性沥青混合料进行性能对比研究;采用车辙、低温弯曲、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂等一系列室内试验,分析了二者的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。结果表明,TOR橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性略低于SBS改性沥青混合料,而其低温抗裂性大幅优于SBS改性沥青混合料,二者的水稳定性相当。综合以上结论,SMA13级配的TOR橡胶沥青混合料的各项路用性能良好,在不降低高温稳定性和水稳定性的前提下,具有较好的低温抗裂性。
TOR rubber asphalt is a new type of modified asphalt. The mix design and road performance of TOR rubber asphalt mixture with SMA13 grade are studied. Using Marshall design method to design the target mix, the suitable gradation range and the best ratio of oil to stone were obtained. The performance comparison with SBS modified asphalt mixture with SMA13 grade was carried out. The rutting, low temperature bending, Marshall, freeze-thaw splitting and a series of laboratory tests were conducted to analyze the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability. The results show that the high temperature stability of TOR rubber asphalt mixture is slightly lower than SBS modified asphalt mixture, while its low temperature crack resistance is significantly better than SBS modified asphalt mixture, the water stability of the two is quite. Based on the above conclusions, the road performance of SMA13 grade TOR rubber asphalt mixture is good, with good low temperature crack resistance without reducing the high temperature stability and water stability.
