在正畸临床治疗过程中,弓丝形态的设计和应用至关重要,其不仅关系到正畸治疗效果,而且对治疗周期、治疗后的稳定性等有着重要影响。不正确的弓丝形态的应用容易造成牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓形态的不一致,从而可能引起口颌肌系统功能不协调,容易导致复发。很多学者对怎样确定正确的正畸弓丝形态进行了大量研究,包括寻找适合大多数患者的理想弓形以及适合于个别患者的个体弓形。本文将对标准理想牙弓形态以及个体牙弓形态的拟合理论、应用现状以及优缺点作一综述。
In the clinical treatment of orthodontics, the design and application of the shape of the arch wire is very important. It not only affects the effect of orthodontic treatment, but also has an important influence on the treatment cycle and the stability after treatment. The incorrect application of the archwire can easily lead to the inconsistency of the shapes of the dental arch, the alveolar arch, and the basic bone arch, which may cause the uncoordinated function of the oral and maxillary muscles system and easily lead to recurrence. Many scholars have done a lot of research on how to determine the correct orthodontic archwire morphology, including finding the ideal arch for most patients and the individual arch for individual patients. In this paper, we will review the fit theory, application status, advantages and disadvantages of the standard ideal dental arch and individual dental arch morphology.
