氢氧化铝凝胶(以下简称铝G)是一种难吸收性抗酸药物。在胃中形成三氯化铝,在肠中氯离子重新被吸收,故不产生全身性酸碱平衡失调。铝G在胃液中可使其pH升到4左右,起到抗酸作用。其缺点是产生便泌,可同服镁盐克服。临床上具有一定的使用价值。所以,我们对用分散法制备铝G进行了初步探讨。现用的铝G,由于制成混悬剂后,不但分散度、粘度等方面存在问题,沉淀结块,不易再分散;而且抗酸力有所下降,作用缓慢。为了解决以上问题,我们做了以下工作:(1)工艺筛选;(2)助悬剂筛选;(3)制备复方铝G;(4)测铝G的反应速度;(5)测
