活动座舱盖设计的好坏严重影响飞机的使用和飞行人员安全.本文针对飞机活动座舱盖使用中因温度变化引起较大应力和变形、生产和维修困难、新的救生方式对舱盖设计提出新的要求等问题,从应力、生产、维护和新设计要求四个方面分析比较了各连接形式的优劣.应力分析主要采用应力集中等理论对结构进行计算;生产过程主要考虑装配应力和生产条件;维护主要考虑是否利于外场更换玻璃和更换玻璃对框架的损伤;新救生方式对舱盖设计提出的要求主要考虑舱盖整体刚度.最后本文指出了座舱盖设计中需注意的两个问题并对某型号座舱盖设计提出了改进意见.
