针对近年190系列柴油机高压油泵卡滞故障偏多,影响内燃机车正常运行的情况,分析了高压油泵发生卡滞故障的原因,提出了处理故障的方法和改进措施。
In view of the fact that the number of high-pressured oil pumps in 190 series diesel engines in recent years is so high that the normal operation of the diesel locomotives is affected, the reason of the stuck-up failure of the high-pressured oil pumps has been analyzed. The methods to deal with the faults and the improvement measures are put forward.
