大连南部滨海大道工程主桥锚碇基础采用超大沉箱结构,单个沉箱尺寸为69m×44m×17m,重量约26000t。超大沉箱远距离拖航,途经黄渤海交界处的老铁山水道,施工难度非常大。在拖航实施中,采用“一主拖+两伴拖+两顶推”的方式,缜密选择最佳航线、精准预报拖航气象、及时调整拖航姿态,最终确保了超大沉箱拖航任务顺利完成。
The anchorage foundation of the main bridge of the South Coastal Road Project in Dalian adopts an extra-large caisson structure. The size of a single caisson is 69m × 44m × 17m and the weight is about 26000t.
