《医疗废物管理条例》已于2003年6月4日召开的国务院第十次常务会议通过,于6月16日以第380号国务院令颁布施行。为保证条例的贯彻实施,经与国家环境保护总局商议,拟制定五个配套文件,包括:(1)制定《医疗卫生机构医疗废物管理办法》,由我部制定颁发;(2)制定《医疗废物分类目录》,由我部负责组织起草,我部与国家环保总局共同颁发;(3)制定《医疗废物专用包装物、容器的标准和警示标识的规定》,由国家环保总局负责组织起草,国家环保总局与我部共同颁发;(4)由国家环保总局与我部共同制定和颁布《医疗废物管理条例行政处罚实施办法》;(5)由国家环保总局制定颁发《医疗废物集中处置规范》。《医疗卫生机构医疗废物管理
The “Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste” was passed at the 10th executive meeting of the State Council on June 4, 2003 and promulgated by Decree No. 380 of the State Council on June 16.
