由缺血再灌注(IR)引起的肝肾损伤的病因与许多介质有关,包括氧化产物、细胞因子和活性氧(ROS)。其中ROS在缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)的过程中起着至关重要的作用,参与许多病理过程如氧化应激、细胞凋亡等过程。锰(Ⅲ)-四(4-N-甲基吡啶基)卟啉(Mn(Ⅲ)TMPyP)作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)模拟物具有减轻IRI的潜力。本文就Mn(Ⅲ)TMPyP在缺血再灌注方面的研究作一综述。
The etiology of liver-kidney injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion (IR) is associated with many mediators including oxidative products, cytokines and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Among them, ROS plays a crucial role in the process of ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) and participates in many pathological processes such as oxidative stress and apoptosis. Manganese (III) - tetrakis (4-N-methylpyridyl) porphyrin (Mn (III) TMPyP) has the potential to reduce IRI as a superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) mimic. This article reviews the research of Mn (III) TMPyP in ischemia-reperfusion.
