在某些化学工业生产中,往往有大量下脚醋酸无法处理而不能得到充分利用。我们知道醋酸是化学工业中最重要的基本原料之一,特别是经高温裂化反应后生成的烯酮(CH_2=C=O)和丙酮是高分子如醋酸纤维、有机玻璃、环氧树脂等工业中不可缺少的原料,我们使用普通木炭作催化剂将醋酸经高温裂化而得到丙酮 2CH_3COOH→CH_3COCH_3+CO_2+H_2O 实验部分实验装置如图:醋酸通过滴液漏斗滴入内径为3糎长为45糎的不锈钢或普通铁的反应管中,管内填装催化剂,管外用管式电炉加热,裂化产物经冷凝收集于并中。
