目的了解淄博市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素污染水平和趋势,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取有针对的控制措施提供科学依据。方法按照《2015年山东省食品安全风险监测实施方案》要求,在淄博市所辖5区3县的不同采样环节进行样品采集,按《2015年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的操作规程,进行检测分析。结果全年共采集监测样品473份,464份合格,合格率为98.10%。不合格指标主要是铅、镉、铝、蔬菜农药残留。结论淄博市食品中化学污染情况总体比较乐观,但仍然存在食品安全隐患,建议有关部门采取有效措施,加大监管力度,保障人民群众饮食健康安全。
Objective To understand the pollution levels and trends of major chemical pollutants and harmful substances in food in Zibo City, determine the distribution and possible sources of hazardous factors, and provide a scientific basis for taking targeted control measures. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation Plan of Food Safety Risk Monitoring in Shandong Province in 2015”, samples were collected at different sampling points in 5 districts and 3 districts of Zibo City. According to the “2015 State Food Hazards and Hazard Monitoring Procedures” The operating procedures, testing and analysis. Results A total of 473 monitoring samples were collected during the year, 464 were qualified with a pass rate of 98.10%. The main unqualified indicators are lead, cadmium, aluminum, vegetable pesticide residues. Conclusion The chemical contamination in food in Zibo is generally optimistic, but there are still hidden dangers of food safety. It is suggested that relevant departments should take effective measures to increase supervision and ensure the health and safety of people’s diet.
