患者,男,17a,无出血性疾病及过敏性疾病史。1991年初,食用当地有食用习惯的“生草豆洞”所制的“豆腐”二碗后,次日出现双下肢皮疹、下腹部疼痛,呕吐、鼻衄、咳嗽,痰中带血。经当地医院治疗有好转,停药后反复。3月16日呕吐出咖啡样液体,尿常规出现蛋白+++,红细胞+,于3月29日转来本院。实验室检查:Hb:101g/L,WBC,26×10~9/L,N86%,L14%,PL320×10~9/L,出血时间、凝血时间正常。尿常规:Pro+++,REC+++,WBC+,24h 尿量3000
