一、煤量控制的原理 采用重力式给煤机的主要目的是根据热电站锅炉所需的输入热量向粉煤机定量供煤。在供煤作业线上自动测定煤的发热量是一项既费钱又复杂的任务。目前,控制锅炉输入热量的最有效方法是测定给煤的重量。因此,给煤机必须以与需要量成比例的速率供煤。不论环境条件优、劣,不论煤的物理性质有何变化,均须做到这一点。重力式给煤机还有一个用途是在一定的时间间隔内显示所给煤料的总重。
