建立了氧化锌镀膜光纤传感器中传输光相位偏移的优化模型,采用混合粒子群优化算法对该模型进行优化。仿真结果表明,利用该算法可得到传输光相位偏移量的优化值。分析了光纤传感器相关参数对传输光相位偏移的影响;比较了优化后相位偏移的理论值与实验值,发现二者基本一致。
The optimal model of phase shift of transmission light in zinc oxide coated optical fiber sensor was established and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the model. The simulation results show that the optimal value of the phase shift of transmitted light can be obtained by using this algorithm. The influence of the parameters of the optical fiber sensor on the phase shift of the transmission light is analyzed. The theoretical and experimental values of the phase shift after optimization are compared, and the two are basically the same.
