分析了A3钢、LF6铝合金、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在不同施焊条件下的温度分布。根据工装夹具对焊接热场影响的特点,提出了热源——“热潭”计算模型。试验表明,在薄板自动氩弧焊时,带有压板和垫板的焊接夹具的散热作用对被焊构件上的温度分布有很大的影响。
The temperature distribution of A3 steel, LF6 aluminum alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel under different welding conditions was analyzed. According to the characteristics of the fixtures affecting the welding thermal field, a heat source - “hot pool” calculation model is proposed. Experiments show that the heat dissipation effect of the welding fixture with the pressure plate and the backing plate has a great influence on the temperature distribution on the welded components during the plate automatic argon arc welding.
