试验考察了亚临界水提取山楂黄酮的工艺,采用单因素试验及正交试验研究提取压力、液料比、提取温度和时间对山楂黄酮得率的影响,从而确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最优工艺条件是:萃取压力9.5 MPa、料液比1∶32 g/mL、提取温度157℃、提取时间90 min,亚临界水萃取得到的山楂黄酮得率最高,为71.13 mg/g。通过对其在卷烟中添加,可明显提高香气质、掩盖杂气、改善烟气细腻柔和程度以及增加烟气回甜等;该研究验证了亚临界水提取方法的高效、节能的优势,这为山楂黄酮的产业化及在卷烟中的应用提供工艺及试验基础。
The process of extraction of hawthorn flavone from subcritical water was investigated. The effects of pressure, liquid to material ratio, extraction temperature and time on the yield of hawthorn flavone were studied by single factor test and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum technological conditions. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction pressure 9.5 MPa, solid-liquid ratio 1:32 g / mL, extraction temperature 157 ℃ and extraction time 90 min. The yield of hawthorn flavone extracted by subcritical water was the highest at 71.13 mg / g. By adding it to cigarettes, it can significantly improve the fragrance quality, cover up the miscellaneous gas, improve the delicate softness of the fume and increase the sweetness of the flue gas. The study verifies the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving of subcritical water extraction as The industrialization of hawthorn flavonoids and the application in cigarettes provide the basis of technology and experiment.
