本文初步研究了甜玉米种子浸出液抑制莴苣种子胚根生长的酚性成分。经生物测定,纸层析,显色反应和紫外吸收光谱测定,该种子浸出液显抑制活性的化合物有5个,其中,3个可能为酚性物质,1个化合物被鉴定为阿魏酸。高生活力的甜玉米种子用纸巾发芽法检验时,出现百分比异常高的非正常发芽的种子(根系发育不良)。如果种子先用清水浸泡8小时,或在纸巾中放置较少种子,则正常发芽种子的百分比增加,根系生长得到改善;甜玉米种子浸泡液可抑制莴苣种子胚根的生长,其浓度(克种子/升)的对数与抑制活性呈线型关系。为了弄清甜玉米种子浸出液抑制活性的成分,本文对其酚性物质进行了初步研究。
In this paper, the preliminary study of the sweet corn seed lettuce inhibit lettuce seed radicle growth phenolic compounds. The bioassay, paper chromatography, color reaction and UV absorption spectroscopy showed that there were 5 compounds with inhibitory activity in seed leachate, of which 3 were probably phenolic compounds and 1 was identified as ferulic acid. Highly viable sweet corn seeds appear abnormally abnormally germinating seeds (root dysplasia) when tested by tissue budding. If the seeds were soaked in clear water for 8 hours or placed in paper towels with less seeds, the percentage of germinated seeds increased and root growth was improved.
