在可见激光的激发下,Er2O3粉晶样品的Raman光谱易受Er3+光致发光光谱的干扰。本文利用同一Raman光谱仪测得Er2O3的高分辨可见光吸收光谱和激发光谱,结果表明,常温下Er2O3中Er3+的2H11/2←→4I15/2、2S3/2←→4I15/2及4F9/2←→4I15/2能级间相互跃迁所产生的吸收谱带和光致发光谱带的精细谱峰存在一一对应的关系,这种对应关系可用来识别Er2O3激发光谱中的光致发光光谱峰,得到真正的Raman谱线
Under visible laser excitation, the Raman spectrum of Er 2 O 3 powder crystal samples is easily disturbed by Er 3+ photoluminescence spectrum. In this paper, the high-resolution visible absorption spectrum and excitation spectra of Er2O3 were measured by the same Raman spectrometer. The results show that the Er3 + 2H11 / 2 ← → 4I15 / 2,2S3 / 2 ← → 4I15 / 2 and 4F9 / 2 ← → There is a one-to-one correspondence between the absorption bands generated by the transitions of 4I15 / 2 energy levels and the spectral peaks of the photoluminescence band. This correspondence can be used to identify the peaks of the photoluminescence spectra in the Er2O3 excitation spectrum and obtain the true Raman spectrum
