球铁铸件用高刚度铸型浇注时其机械性能也有所提高,迄今为止,一般认为这是由于金属质地致密之故。本文则认为球铁在凝固成型过程中本身就具有形变强化的作用,铸型的刚度越高,强化的效果也越好,这个论点,通过用薄膜透射电子显微镜对试样进行位错检查而予以证实。为比较铸型刚度不同时球铁性能的变化,本研究设计了专用的试验装置,取得了在刚度不同的铸型条件下所浇注的一组试样的位错图片,这在目前是颇为难得的。文中最后对铸态球铁中有关位错的问题进行了讨论。
Ductile iron castings with high stiffness casting their mechanical properties have also been improved, so far, generally believed that this is due to the dense metal texture of the reason. This paper argues that ductile iron itself has the effect of deformation strengthening during the solidification process. The higher the rigidity of the mold, the better the strengthening effect. This argument is made by dislocating the sample with a thin-film transmission electron microscope Confirmed. In order to compare the changes of ductile iron performance when the rigidity of the mold is different, a dedicated test device was designed in this study to obtain the dislocations of a group of specimens cast under different mold conditions, which is quite Rare. Finally, the dissertation discusses the dislocation in cast ductile iron.
