由于围岩条件差、开挖跨度大、施工工法不当等原因,大断面隧道在施工过程中易发生塌方事故。单洞2车道隧道紧急停车带为分离式隧道跨度最大的部位,是塌方重点防控段。本文针对永古高速公路高岭隧道紧急停车带加宽段塌方处治为例,介绍了塌方情况并分析了塌方原因,结合工程具体情况,给出了相应的处理方案。通过采取洞外地表塌腔处理、塌方体段注浆加固以及加强支护、优化施工工法等手段,成功解决该塌方事故。本文的研究对类似工程实践具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Due to poor surrounding rock conditions, large excavation span, improper construction methods and other reasons, large-section tunnels are prone to landslip during construction. The single tunnel 2-lane tunnel emergency parking zone is the site with the largest span of separate tunnel and is the key prevention and control section of the landslide. In this paper, aiming at the treatment of widening section of emergency stop belt of Kaoling Tunnel in Yonggu Expressway, this paper introduces the landslide situation and analyzes the reason of landslide. According to the specific conditions of the project, the corresponding treatment plan is given. The collapse accident was solved successfully by taking measures to deal with the collapse of the underground surface of the cave, grouting and reinforcement of the collapsed body, strengthening the support and optimizing the construction method. The research in this paper has certain reference value and guiding significance to similar engineering practice.
