司法权的正常运行,法律的正确实施,司法公正都离不开人大的监督。人大对司法机关的监督体现了我国的政治体制,符合社会主义民主政治理论,是司法公正的内在要求。改革开放30多年来,人大监督工作有了以下四个方面的发展变化:监督的认识不断加深,监督的方式不断创新,监督的深度、广度不断拓展,监督的制度化建设不断发展。做好新时期的检察工作,需要不断深化认识,提高接受人大监督的主动性和自觉性。
The normal operation of the judicial power, the correct implementation of the law, judicial justice are inseparable from the people’s congress supervision. The NPC’s supervision of the judiciary reflects the political system of our country and is in conformity with the theory of socialist democratic politics. It is an inherent requirement of judicial impartiality. Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, the oversight work of the NPC has seen the following developments and changes in the following four aspects: continuously deepening the understanding of supervision, constantly innovating the methods of supervision, continuously expanding the depth of supervision, and constantly developing the institutionalization of supervision. To do a good job in procuratorial work in the new period, we need to constantly deepen our understanding and enhance the initiative and consciousness in accepting the oversight of the NPC.
