目的 研究双歧杆菌及表面分子脂磷壁酸 (L ipoteichoic acid,L TA)、完整肽聚粮 (Wholepepti- doglycan WPG)、多糖 (Polysaccharide,PS)对猪胃粘膜糖蛋白的粘附作用。方法 采用 EL ISA阻断法测定双歧杆菌表面分子的粘附作用 ,以了解双歧杆菌在定植过程中参与粘附作用的主要表面分子 ,同时也测定了全菌不同菌液浓度的粘附作用。结果 表明 L TA、WPG的粘附作用明显 ,PS粘附作用很弱。粘附随着菌液浓度的增高而增强。结论 在双歧杆菌的定植粘附机理中 ,起主要作用的是该菌菌体表面分子 L TA、 WPG;粘附与菌液浓度相关
Objective To study the adhesion of bifidobacteria and the surface molecules Lpoteichoic acid (LTA), Wholepepti-doglycan WPG and Polysaccharide (PS) to the gastric mucosa glycoproteins. Methods The adhesion of bifidobacteria on the surface of Bifidobacterium was determined by EL-ISA method to find out the major surface molecules involved in the adhesion of Bifidobacterium during colonization.
