头颈部肿瘤是引起困难气道最为常见的原因之一,由于肿瘤位置的特殊性、肿瘤局部侵犯致颈部组织结构广泛粘连、肿瘤对气管的压迫等因素往往导致颈部解剖标志不清、气管移位,因此患者常伴有通气功能障碍的临床表现,有的甚至会出现睡眠呼吸障碍〔1〕。不同的研究表明,头颈部肿瘤会增加患者睡眠呼吸暂停的概率,从8%~92%不等〔2〕。诸多头颈部肿瘤患者最早以睡眠呼吸障碍就诊〔3-5〕。这充分说明伴有睡眠呼吸障碍的头颈部
