动态阻抗与温度系数是表征恒流管恒流特性好坏的两个最重要参数.本文叙述了串接恒流管(用两只同型沟道JFET串接组成)可实现高动态阻抗的原理.其器件与2DH系列恒流管作比较,在200μA~1mA范围内,动态阻抗提高1到2个数量级,A到10~100MΩ;温度系数也有适当改善.串接恒流管是一种比2DH具有更高稳定度的恒流器件.
Dynamic impedance and temperature coefficient are the two most important parameters to characterize the constant current constant current characteristics.This paper describes the principle of high dynamic impedance in cascaded constant current transistors (composed of two identical-channel JFETs connected in series). Compared with 2DH series constant current devices, its dynamic impedance is increased by 1-2 orders of magnitude from A to 10-100 MΩ in 200μA ~ 1mA range, and the temperature coefficient is also improved properly. Constant current devices with higher stability.
