本文介绍以蓝晶石精矿为原料,电热法制取铝硅合金的试验结果。试验在100kW直流矿热电弧炉上进行。研究了电炉电参数、炉料的配碳量等对还原反应的影响。试验结果表明,电热还原蓝晶石精矿制取含铝60%左右的铝硅合金是可行的。采用直流矿热电弧炉有益于抑制炉底上涨。炉料的配碳量是影响还原反应和炉底上涨的重要因素,适宜的配碳量为94%~96%,配碳量过高容易引起炉底上涨。
This paper introduces the experimental results of preparing aluminum-silicon alloy by electrothermal method using kyanite concentrate as raw material. The test was carried out on a 100kW DC mine thermal electric arc furnace. The effects of electric parameters of the electric furnace, the carbon content of the charge on the reduction reaction were studied. The experimental results show that it is feasible to make Al-Si alloy containing about 60% aluminum by electrothermal reduction of kyanite concentrate. The use of DC electric arc furnace furnace beneficial to suppress the rise. Burden with the carbon content is an important factor affecting the reduction reaction and the bottom of the furnace, with a suitable amount of carbon 94% to 96%, with high carbon content is likely to cause furnace bottom.
