习近平总书记在今年全国政协十二届四次会议民建、工商联界委员联组会上用“亲”“清”为政商关系正名、定位,为政商交往划出了底线、拓展了空间。构建新型政商关系对于民营企业创新驱动、实现转型升级营造良好的政治生态,对于建设新福建、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦具有重要意义。本课题组通过召开政企座谈会、访谈企业家、发放问卷等形式,深入福州、泉州等地全面了解福建省政商关系发展的地域特色和新变化新情况,分析新形势下政商关系存在的主要问题,探索建设新型政商关系的有效路径。

Through the convening of symposiums of government and enterprises, interviews with entrepreneurs and issuing of questionnaires, the research group in-depth in Fuzhou, Quanzhou and other places to fully understand the geographical features and new changes of the development of the relationship between business and commerce in Fujian Province, analyze the main Problems, and explore effective ways to build a new type of relationship between the two governments.
