目的探讨组织多普勒定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术在扩张型心肌病患者左心室的收缩及舒张功能。方法选取76例扩张型心肌病患者,应用定量组织速度成像技术测量左心室基底段前壁、侧壁、后壁、下壁、后室间隔及前室间隔的收缩期(Vs)、舒张早期(Ve)、舒张晚期(Va)的室壁运动速度及持续时间,并进行统计学分析。结果 76例扩张型心肌病患者中室壁运动速度均减低。结论超声多普勒定量组织速度成像技术可实时、准确地反映心肌舒缩运动状况,为进一步了解局部及整体心肌功能提供更多信息。
Objective To investigate the effects of tissue Doppler tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) on left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Totally 76 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were enrolled in this study. The anterior wall, lateral wall, posterior wall, inferior wall, posterior ventricular septum and interventricular septum were measured by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (Vs) Ve), late diastolic (Va) wall velocity and duration, and statistical analysis. Results 76 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients wall velocity decreased. Conclusion Ultrasound Doppler quantitative tissue velocity imaging technology can reflect myocardial contractile motion in real time and accurately and provide more information for further understanding of local and global myocardial function.
