本文用日本Rigaku TG—DTA热分析仪,研究了由不同方法制备的催化剂的等温还原性能及还原动力学。实验结果表明,通过水浸而制得的一系列含钾量不同的样品,其还原速度随着钾的溶出和溶钾时间的延长,呈现规律性的变化。在水中停留时间很短且相近(在制备过程中),而含钾量不同的球形催化剂的等温还原速度随着钾含量的减少而变小。只含钾的球形和无定形熔融磁铁矿的等温还原也有类似现象。
In this paper, Japan Rigaku TG-DTA thermal analyzer was used to study the isothermal reduction performance and reduction kinetics of catalysts prepared by different methods. The experimental results show that a series of samples with different K content prepared by water immersion show a regular change with the decrease of potassium dissolution rate and the prolongation of potassium dissolution time. The residence time in water is short and similar (during preparation), whereas the isothermal reduction rate of spherical catalysts with different K contents decreases with decreasing potassium content. A similar phenomenon occurs for the isothermal reduction of potassium-only spheroidal and amorphous fused magnetite.
