目的:建立按照统一标准收集的,具备完整临床资料的肝脏组织及相关体液的肝脏组织样本库.方法:制定标准化操作流程,采集患者的血液、尿样和新鲜和石蜡手术样本,血样本包括术前术后样本以及患者随访的血样本,按不同要求处理分装,应用数据库管理系统,建设临床资料完整的组织样本库.结果:收集2009-03/2010-124000余例完整肝脏肿瘤新鲜组织、石蜡切片、血样、尿样,及完整的临床资料及随访资料,包括了超过2500例原发性肝细胞癌,及约1500例其他肝脏肿瘤,广泛应用于肝脏病学研究的各个领域.结论:建立了规范化、规模化的肝脏组织样本库,为肝癌及其他肝脏病学的研究提供高质量的样本.
OBJECTIVE: To establish a liver tissue sample library of liver tissues and related bodily fluids with complete clinical data collected according to a uniform standard.Methods: To establish a standard operation procedure, to collect blood samples, urine samples and fresh and paraffin surgical samples of patients, including blood samples Preoperative and postoperative samples and follow-up of patients with blood samples, according to the different requirements of processing and packaging, the application of database management system, building a complete database of clinical samples.Results: Collection of 2009-03 / 2010-124000 more cases of complete liver tumor fresh tissue, Paraffin sections, blood samples, urine samples, and complete clinical data and follow-up information, including more than 2500 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and about 1,500 other liver tumors, widely used in various fields of liver disease research.Conclusion: The establishment of a standardized, large-scale liver tissue sample library for liver cancer and other liver disease research to provide high-quality samples.
