宝能、万科、华润之争,暴露了我国目前上市公司治理方面的问题,万科股权之争,本质上是公司治理问题。7月22日,证监会新闻发言人张晓军表示,证监会一直在持续关注万科之争中各方当事人的言行,将会同有关监管部门继续对有关事项予以核查,依法依规予以处理。并称,万科大股东与管理层未拿出有诚意的解决方案,并且置中小股东利益不顾,证监会对管理层及相关股东进行谴责。万科一方首次被监管层点名批评,对于万科公司治理上的问题也受到了舆论关注。
