在精冲零件边缘处加工倒角,需要复合冷挤压或冷锻等工艺。由于成形力的不对称,导致加工中出现影响正常送料步距的“爬料”现象及倒角偏差等问题,以致无法获得合格的零件。以一种典型边缘倒角精冲件——刹车片钢背为研究对象,根据一系列研究提出了一种新工艺方案,并研制了一套4工步精冲连续模,获得了合格的钢背精冲件。为延长模具寿命,还提出了一种独立润滑机构。研究成果能够广泛应用至其它类似零件的开发。
