作省采用原子吸收光谱法对新疆克拉玛依地区脑出血、脑梗塞及健康人血清中锌、铁、铜、铝、镉、铅的含量进行测定。结果发现:脑出血及脑梗塞病人血清铁、镉明显低于对照组(P<0.001),而血清铝明显高于对照组(P<0.05);脑出血病人血清铜、铅明显高于对照组(P<0.05);脑出血、脑梗塞病人的血清锌与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Make use of atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the contents of zinc, iron, copper, aluminum, cadmium and lead in cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and healthy human in Karamay, Xinjiang. The results showed that the levels of serum iron and cadmium in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001), while serum aluminum was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum zinc between the cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction patients and the control group (P> 0.05).
