分析一种K6型局部双层后张拉整体成形网壳的张拉成形过程,即张拉长度不足的下弦杆中的内穿钢索,使平板网架起拱变形,逐步转化为空间球面网壳.通过考察其节点连接方式对于后张拉力与成形初应力的影响,总结出节点应满足的条件.在此分析基础上,提出一种新型合理的节点,用有限元软件进行分析,得出了焊接处理前后节点的弯矩-转角曲线,证明其经过简单处理可以达到大幅增大节点刚度的要求.文中进一步研究了该节点部分基本参数对节点刚度的影响,对其变化趋势和影响程度的原因进行了探讨,并回归得到节点刚度的参考计算公式.
