目的:探讨电刺激生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法:将2015年7月至2016年6月广州医学院荔湾医院治疗的100例产后压力性尿失禁患者分为两组,各50例,观察组采用电刺激生物反馈联合凯格尔运动治疗,对照组只采用凯格尔运动,1个疗程后观察盆底肌力及国际尿失禁问卷咨询简表(ICIQ-SF)评分的变化。结果:观察组和对照组在改善盆底肌力方面的总有效率分别为74.0%、56.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),前者效果更好;两者的ICIQ-SF评分比较,治疗前后相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但前者改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁疗效显著,且安全、无创伤、操作简便。
Objective: To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback on postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods: 100 cases of postpartum stress urinary incontinence treated in Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from July 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups (n = 50 in each group). The observation group received biofeedback combined with Kegel exercise, The control group only used Kegel exercises. After a course of treatment, pelvic floor muscle strength and ICIQ-SF scores were observed. Results: The total effective rate of improving pelvic muscle strength in observation group and control group were 74.0% and 56.0% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the former was better; the ICIQ-SF scores of the two groups were compared , Before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), but the former improved more significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Electrical stimulation biofeedback is effective in treating postpartum stress urinary incontinence. It is safe, non-invasive and easy to operate.
