接触轨系统是地铁牵引供电系统的重要子系统,接触轨整体绝缘支架主要由绝缘支座、接触轨托架、接触轨扣件以及连接它们的金属紧固件组成;绝缘支座、接触轨托架可用玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP玻璃钢)材料,采用SMC模压成型工艺制造;研制成功的接触轨玻璃钢整体绝缘支架产品经国家权威机构试验检测,其结构整体性能和材料性能均满足设计要求,并在广州市轨道交通4号线大学城专线段工程中成功应用。
