研究制订放射卫生标准,是加强放射卫生防护科学管理工作的基础建设之一,是一项严肃的科学研究工作。为了提高标准的质量,延长标准的时效性,缩短研制周期,保证标准的科学性、统一性和集中性,首先应当着手研究和制订标准的研究规范和编写规范。它是研制标准的“标准”,把标准研究工作纳入标准的范围,是组织现代化生产的重要手段,是科学管理的重要组成部分。 放射卫生标准的研制规范,通常系指研制标准的基本原则、依据、方法以及背景资料等。
Research and formulation of radiation health standards is one of the basic constructions for strengthening the scientific management of radiation protection and is a serious scientific research work.
