基建优化学是一门新兴地交叉科学.它是以马列主义为指导,从全局出发,运用优化理论和方法,求取基建计划安排、设计、施工管理等优化方案和办法的科学.拱坝优化是基建设计优化的重要方面.另外拱坝优化第一篇文献出现于1969年,在国内,本文第一位作者于1976年首先进行这方面研究,与有关同志合作,建立了比较合理的数学模型,提出了一系列新的有效的计算方法,先后编制了几个通用电算程序,并积极在实际工程中推广应用,到目前为止,已应用于二十多个实际工程,节省工程量5~35%,平均节省20%.对于中小型拱坝体型设计时间己可从过去的几个月缩短到一个星期左右,工作效率可显著提高.本项研究成果已获得水利电力部1984年重大科技成果奖.本文反映了拱坝优化方面的经验和成就.本刊欢迎设计优化方面的稿件,在条件成熟的时候,将出设计优化专刊.
Infrastructure optimization is an emerging cross-cutting science. It is guided by Marxism-Leninism, starting from the overall situation, applying optimization theories and methods, and obtaining scientific plans for optimization of infrastructure planning, design, construction management, etc. Arch Dam Optimization It is an important aspect of optimization of infrastructure design.
