1988年8月,中共襄樊市委、襄樊市政府决定在襄阳轴承厂进行大型企业招聘经营者的试点,经过两个多月的努力,于当年11月1日顺利结束。现在,招标已见成效,新任厂长张德炳(原厂总经济师)上任后,贏得了干部,职工的信任和好评。全厂改革、生产的形势出人意料的好。实践证明,在大型企业招标选聘经营者,只要把握大型企业的特点,认真在以下几个方面花气力,就能探索出把竞争机制引入大型企业的路子来。
In August 1988, the Xiangfan Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the government of Xiangfan City decided to carry out trials of large-scale enterprise recruitment operators at Xiangyang Bearing Factory. After more than two months of hard work, it was successfully completed on November 1 of that year. Now, the bidding has achieved results. After the new director Zhang Debing (the original chief economist) took office, he won the trust and praise of the cadres and workers. The whole factory reform and production situation is surprisingly good. Practice has proved that the selection of large-scale enterprises to hire managers, as long as the grasp of the characteristics of large-scale enterprises, serious efforts in the following areas, we can explore the way to introduce competition into large enterprises.
