数字审美在模拟审美之后崛起于当代的日常生活中。模拟审美与数字审美的符号原理的主要区别是:“理据性”(motivatedness)与“任意性”(arbitrariness)、“相似性”(1ikeness)与“规约性”(convention)、“密集”(density)与“差异”(differentiation)。数字审美主要从审美所依据的媒介或媒体出发来制定美学原则,数字审美需要媒介批评来揭示或恢复其隐匿的意义。数字审美的四个美学原则是分辨率、触摸屏、速度和升级,这与广义全媒体的四种融合相对应,它们将在媒介批评中启动意想不到的意义。数字审美的重要意义是给当代的理论思考带来了新的气息和新的方法。我们应该以数字审美精神所产生的美学风格、美学观念、美学原则等社会伦理和文化诉求来甄别、选择、应用数字媒介技术,规范科学技术的未来发展方向。我们既要做技术推动者也要做技术负责者。
Digital aesthetics emerges in contemporary everyday life after simulating aesthetics. The main differences between the symbolic principles that simulate aesthetic and digital aesthetic are: “motivatedness” and “arbitrariness,” “1ikeness,” " convention, density and differentiation. Digital aesthetics mainly sets out the aesthetic principles from the medium or media on which aesthetics is based, and digital aesthetics needs media criticism to reveal or restore its hidden meaning. The four aesthetic principles of digital aesthetics are resolution, touch screen, speed, and escalation, which correspond to the four kinds of convergences in generalized all-media that will launch the unexpected in media criticism. The significance of digital aesthetic is to bring new breath and new methods to contemporary theoretical thinking. We should screen, select, and apply digital media technologies to standardize the future development of science and technology in the light of social ethics and cultural appeal such as the aesthetic style, aesthetic concepts and aesthetic principles that digital aestheticism produces. We need to be both a technology enabler and a technology leader.
