针对设备上楼的柔性安装问题,把设备的安装基础建模为柔性基础,建立了柔性基础 上主动隔振系统模型,考虑了设备、隔振器、作动器和柔性基础的耦合作用,用传递导纳来 描述作动器的控制力,采用导纳综合法推求了主被动隔振的统一的功率流传递控制式,探讨 了PID等控制方法的主动控制策略,从而实现了控制FBRE系统若干阶模态振动的目的。
Aiming at the problem of flexible installation of equipment upstairs, the installation foundation of equipment is modeled as a flexible foundation. A flexible vibration isolation system model based on flexible foundation is established. The coupling of equipment, vibration isolator, actuator and flexible foundation is considered. Admittance admittance is used to describe the control force of the actuators. Adopting the admittance synthesis method, a unified control scheme of power flow transfer between the active and passive vibration isolators is deduced. The active control strategy of PID and other control methods is discussed, The purpose of mode vibration.
