新的课堂教学中,教学过程是师生交往互动的过程,数学教学更关注学生经历求知的过程。只有将学生的主观能动性充分调动,把蕴藏在学生身上的巨大的学习潜能发挥出来,才能实现有效教学。在课改教学实践中,我深刻地认识到:应以爱施教,创设宽松和谐的教育氛围,力求给学生多留一片自由发挥的天地。
In the new classroom teaching, the teaching process is the process of interaction between teachers and students, and the mathematics teaching is more concerned with the process of students’ seeking knowledge. Only by fully mobilizing the students’ subjective initiative and exerting great learning potential hidden in the students can effective teaching be realized. In the course of teaching reform, I profoundly realized that we should practice teaching with love and create a relaxed and harmonious educational atmosphere so as to give students more freedom to play.
