尿中百草枯在碱性溶液中与连二亚硫酸钠反应生成蓝色溶液,采用紫外可见分光光度计法检测尿中百草枯的浓度。本方法通过改进,操作步骤更加简单方便,重复性好,在线性范围0~8.0μg/ml内,呈线性关系r2=0.999 8,平均加标回收率99.43%~102.97%,相对标准偏差0.62%~2.52%,方法检出限为0.14μg/ml。本法可快速定量检测急性中毒患者尿中百草枯的含量,为临床疑似百草枯中毒病人提供诊断依据,并有助于临床医生判断百草枯中毒患者的预后。
Paraquat in urine reacts with sodium dithionite in an alkaline solution to produce a blue solution, and the concentration of paraquat in urine is measured using a UV-vis spectrophotometer. The method is simple, convenient and reproducible, and has a linear relationship of r2 = 0.999 8 within a linear range of 0-8.0 μg / ml with an average recovery of 99.43% -102.97% and a relative standard deviation of 0.62% ~ 2.52%, the detection limit was 0.14μg / ml. This method can quickly and quantitatively detect paraquat in urine of patients with acute poisoning, provide basis for clinical diagnosis of patients with paraquat poisoning, and help clinicians to judge the prognosis of paraquat poisoning patients.
