本文报道,大鼠头部受10GyX线照射后48h,胸腺细胞自发参入~3H—TdR的能力下降,同时伴有胸腺重量减轻。当去肾上腺大鼠受到同样剂量头照后,上述变化完全消失。但利血平处理只能防止胸腺重量减轻,而~3H—TdR自发参入的能力仍有下降趋势。上述结果提示,头部照射所引起的胸腺细胞增殖能力和胸腺重量的变化与交感—肾上腺髓质系统和下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质系统的机能变化有密切关系。此外,甲状腺系统的机能变化也可能有一定的意义。
In this report, 48 h after irradiation with 10 Gy X-rays, the ability of the thymocytes to spontaneously participate in ~3H-TdR decreased, accompanied by weight loss of the thymus. When the adrenal gland rats were exposed to the same dose, the above changes completely disappeared. However, reserpine treatment can only prevent the weight loss of the thymus, while the ability of ~3H-TdR to spontaneously participate in the reduction has continued to decline. These results suggest that changes in thymocyte proliferation and thymus weight caused by head irradiation are closely related to the functional changes of the sympathetic-adrenal medulla system and the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical system. In addition, changes in the function of the thyroid system may also have some significance.
