本文报告带动脉蒂(不带静脉)骨移植的实验研究结果。实验材料和方法狗25条,体重平均14.5公斤。实验组15条狗,用戊巴比妥纳腹腔麻醉。以右前肢桡骨中下1/3～1/2骨段和桡动脉为骨块(带动脉蒂)的原位移植实验模型。分实验组和对照组(不带血管蒂,10条狗)。
This article reports the results of an experimental study of pedicled (non-venous) bone graft. Materials and Methods Experimental dogs 25, average body weight 14.5 kg. Experimental group of 15 dogs, anesthesia with pentobarbital intraperitoneal. The experimental model of orthotopic transplantation of the right forelimb in the lower 1/3 of the radius and the radial artery of the radial artery in the pedicle (with pedicle pedicle) were established. The experimental group and control group (without pedunculated, 10 dogs).
