目的:观察绞股蓝总苷镇咳祛痰作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法:采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌试验法观察镇咳祛痰作用;采用碳粒廓清法观察对非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:绞股蓝总苷对豚鼠枸橼酸引咳具有显著的对抗作用,并有显著的促进小鼠酚红排泌作用;还能显著地增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,增加胸腺和脾脏的重量。结论:绞股蓝总苷具有一定的镇咳祛痰和免疫增强作用。
Objective: To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its effect on immune function. METHODS: The antitussive and expectorant effects of guinea pig citrate-induced cough method and mouse phenol red excretion test were observed. The effect of non-specific immune function was observed by carbon particle clearance method. RESULTS: Gynostemma pentaphyllum had significant antagonistic effects on cough induced by citrate in guinea pigs, and significantly promoted the excretion of phenol red in mice; it also significantly increased the carbon clearance clearance index K and phagocytic index α, and increased thymus and spleen. the weight of. Conclusion: Gynostemma glycosides have antitussive and expectorant effects and immune enhancement.
