利用ADAMS对桥塔检测机进行多体动力学仿真是桥塔检测机开发的重要研究内容。在建立虚拟样机时,针对检测机中的钢丝绳系统无法直接建模的技术难题,利用ADAMS的二次开发功能宏程序,采用轴套力连接,创建并模拟了钢丝绳系统。为桥塔检测机多体动力学仿真创造了条件,也为其它类似机械系统提供了有效的钢丝绳建模方法。
The multi-body dynamics simulation of bridge tower inspection machine by ADAMS is an important research content in the development of bridge tower inspection machine. In the process of establishing the virtual prototype, aiming at the technical problem that the wire rope system in the inspection machine can not be directly modeled, the secondary development function macro program of ADAMS was used to connect with the sleeve force to create and simulate the wire rope system. It has created conditions for the multi-body dynamics simulation of bridge tower inspection machine and also provided an effective method for wire rope modeling for other similar mechanical systems.
