目的检测复方芦荟透皮吸收药膜的抑菌效果,研究脱色工艺对药膜抑菌效果的影响情况。方法提取芦荟等中药的有效成分,按一定的比例进行配伍,制备复方芦荟抑菌药膜。类纸片法检测药膜对金黄色葡萄球菌等6种临床感染的常见菌、耐药菌的抑菌效果,并与创可贴的抑菌效果进行比较。结果该复方芦荟药膜对表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌效果,对乙型溶血性链球菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌抑菌效果不明显。脱色工艺对药膜的抑菌效果影响不明显。结论该复方芦荟药膜作为透皮吸收膜剂在溃疡、褥疮、糖尿病足、小手术切口等皮肤或黏膜感染的辅助治疗方面,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To detect the antibacterial effect of compound aloe transdermal absorption film and study the influence of decolorization technology on the antibacterial effect of the drug film. Methods The effective ingredients of Aloe vera and other traditional Chinese medicines were extracted and mixed in a certain proportion to prepare antibacterial films of compound aloe. The discoid method was used to test the antibacterial effect of the drug film against 6 kinds of common bacteria and drug resistant bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, and compared with that of the band-aid. Results The compound aloe film had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to different degrees. The antibacterial effect on Streptococcus pneumoniae, Proteus vulgaris and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not obvious. The decolorization process has no obvious effect on the antibacterial effect of the drug film. Conclusion The compound aloe vera medicinal film has broad application prospect as a transdermal absorption film agent in the adjuvant treatment of skin or mucous membrane infections such as ulcers, acne, diabetic foot, and minor surgical incisions.
