近年来有不少文献报导酚噻嗪等安定剂对心脏血管系统的不良反应,合并症自心律不齐以至猝死均有发生.作者曾报告慢性住院病人的静止型心肌梗塞的发生率很高.约有50%使用酚噻嗪的患者,心电图有再极化的表现;但约有15%末治疗的住院精神病人亦有P波异常.心电图改变与药物剂量有关,但酚噻嗪一般剂量为200毫克,用药数月后即可出现改变.
In recent years, there are a lot of literature reports of phenothiazine and other stabilizers on the cardiovascular system adverse reactions, complications from arrhythmia and sudden death have occurred.Were reported chronic hospitalized patients with a high incidence of silent myocardial infarction. Approximately 50% of patients on phenothiazine have a repolarization of the ECG, but about 15% of patients on the end of treatment also have an abnormal P wave, and electrocardiographic changes are related to the dose of the drug, but the general dose of phenothiazine is 200 mg, medication can be changed after a few months.
