近年来,各级检察机关案件管理部门各司其职,认真开展了律师接待工作,检律关系进一步密切,律师执业权益和当事人合法利益等到充分保障。但工作中还存在思想认识不足、服务不到位等问题,影响工作开展的效果。本文以赫章县院为例,浅检案件管理部门如何才能发挥案管职能,保障律师各项执业权利,确保公正文明规范执法,进一步提高执法公信力。
In recent years, the case management departments of the procuratorial organs at all levels have performed their duties one after another, conscientiously carried out the reception of lawyers, further strengthened the legal relationship, lawyers’ rights to practice and the legitimate interests of the parties and so on. However, there are still problems such as insufficient ideological understanding and inadequate service in their work, which will affect the effectiveness of their work. Taking Hezhang County Court as an example, this article tries to find out how the case management department can play the role of case management, protect the rights of practicing lawyers, ensure fair and standardized law enforcement, and further enhance the credibility of law enforcement.
